  • Defined as organizations that offer independent, assisted and skilled care, typically in a campus setting
  • Submissions must include property if in a non-cat prone area
  • Subject to the stated venue restrictions
• Independent Living
  Both for-profit and not-for-profit facilities are eligible.

  • Submissions must include property if in a non-cat prone area
  • Subject to the stated venue restrictions
• Short-Term Residential Rehabilitation
  Residential rehabilitation under 30 days.

  • Excellent patient-to-care provider ratios
  • Submissions must include property if in a non-cat prone area
  • Subject to the stated venue restriction
• Senior Apartments
  Defined as upscale, well-constructed and maintained apartments with limited HUD financing.

  • No facilities comprised of low-income housing
  • Submissions must include property if in a non-cat prone area
  • Subject to the stated venue restrictions
