• Independent Living
  Both for-profit and not-for-profit facilities are eligible.

  • Submissions must include property if in a non-cat prone area
  • Subject to the stated venue restrictions
• Short-Term Residential Rehabilitation
  Residential rehabilitation under 30 days.

  • Excellent patient-to-care provider ratios
  • Submissions must include property if in a non-cat prone area
